Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your ShareGreet account and all associated data at any time.

How to request deletion

Email support@sharegreet.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my ShareGreet account." We'll confirm your identity and process the request.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, email, country/region, credit balance)
• Every story, template, and uploaded photo/video associated with your account
• Your likes, saves, and referral history
• Your push notification token

Timeline

Deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request. Purchase records may be retained longer where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes, but are no longer linked to an active profile.
